The "BAEREN x HERALBONY Beer Gift Set" was sold in limited quantities in May and sold out quickly.
Due to popular demand, we have decided to sell sets of 3 and 8, which can be used as gifts for a variety of occasions!

■Special edition art label with black label and gold foil stamping based on the concept of "connecting"

This special gift set features the art of "Summer Demon" by HERALBONY contracted artist Satoru Kobayashi in gold foil stamping on a black label. This special gift was created in collaboration between artist Satoru Kobayashi's strong commitment to "connecting" characters and Baeren Brewery's desire to "connect" people and regions through beer.

In June 2023, we sold a set of three bottles of Baeren Beer and a tote bag as a Father's Day gift exclusively on our online store. It was so popular that it sold out before the last day of sales. In addition to the limited 40 sets sold at first, the increased production of 50 sets also sold out immediately. In response to many requests for a reprint, we have decided to sell the "3-bottle set" and "8-bottle set" in the regular version on our online store.

The beer this time is "Classic" by Baeren, whose headquarters are in Morioka, Iwate Prefecture, the same city as Heralbony. It is a full-fledged lager with a good balance of richness and bitterness, and is a Dortmunder style beer. It is a classic beer that Baeren has been brewing since its founding.

■ Introduction of Artists and Works

Title: "Summer Demon"

Artist: Satoru Kobayashi

Current position: Lumbinii Museum of Art (Iwate Prefecture)

His favorite musicians are Billy Joel, Queen, Yosui Inoue, Spitz, and THE BOOM. He also loves going for walks. While attending a junior high school special needs school, Kobayashi began to write all of his letters in his diary and essays in a unique arrangement. At first, his teachers struggled to find a way to fix his writing, but he soon came to see it as an attractive form of expression. This was the turning point, and his writing began to take flight as art that brings joy to many people.

[ Overview of Baeren Brewery Co. , Ltd. ]

This craft beer brewery was founded in Morioka, Iwate Prefecture. They brought the copper brewing kettles used for beer production 100 years ago in southern Germany to Japan and produce authentic beer that respects the traditional European beer style. They also use classic brewing equipment such as a malt mill (malt grinding equipment) that was once driven by a steam engine and a coolship (wort cooling tank) that is rarely used even in Europe. The brewery is mainly made by craftsmen who have obtained the Braumeister qualification (VLB), and the beer is not bound by trends and has a taste that you can drink every day, while being full of luxurious richness and a rich aftertaste. In addition to the standard German beers, all of their brands, including fruit beers and chocolate beers, are well-known for their taste.
