1. How to order

If you would like to purchase with standard shipping, simply click the "Add to Cart" button.
*You can add or change the quantity in the cart.

If you would like to use e-Gift, please select "Send e-Gift to someone whose address you do not know," enter the necessary information such as the message you would like to send to the recipient and any wrapping requests, and then press the "Add to Cart" button.

◆What is e-gift?
This is a service that allows you to easily send gifts to people whose addresses you don't know via LINE, email, etc. When the recipient enters their address in the link sent to them, the gift will be sent to that address.

You can change the order quantity for each item here.
If you would like to order a gift, please click "I would like to give a gift" and enter the required information as prompted.

Please confirm your order details and if you are happy with them, click "Proceed to payment" to proceed to the next step.

In particular, when purchasing masks, phone cases, apparel, etc., please make sure you select the correct size.

If you select "Register as a member and proceed to payment", you will be able to check your purchase history and avoid the trouble of having to enter your information the next time you shop, making shopping more convenient.

Please register your contact information and shipping address. Once you have filled in the necessary information, click "Proceed to Select Shipping Method" to proceed to the next step.
*For e-gifts, please enter the purchaser's information.

Please check the shipping fee and then click "Proceed to payment".
Normally, shipping costs are 700 yen (tax included) nationwide, regardless of the number of items ordered.
*Free shipping for purchases of 15,000 yen or more (excluding some conditions). In addition, shipping fees may differ for some original artworks and interior items. For details, please see "3. Shipping".

Please select the payment method.

Payment methods available include credit card payment, convenience store payment, Paidy (pay next month or bank transfer), carrier payment, PayPay, EPOS easy payment, shop Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Once you have finished entering the information, please confirm the details and click "Pay Now" to complete the payment.


All ordering procedures have been completed.
You can issue a receipt from the order completion screen. (If you are a registered member, you can issue one at any time from My Page. You can also specify the recipient.)

Once your order is complete you will immediately receive a confirmation email.

You can check the delivery status using the tracking number in the email we send you when delivery is complete.

If you have not received an order confirmation email within an hour, please contact us via the chat at the bottom of the screen.

2. Payment

Credit card payment / Convenience store payment / Paidy (Payment by bank transfer or after the next month) / Carrier payment / PayPay / EPOS Easy Payment / Shop Pay / PayPal / Amazon Pay / Google Pay
is available.

We accept the following credit cards:

VISA / MasterCard / JCB / AMERICAN EXPRESS

If you wish to pay in installments, you can select "Credit card payment - SBPS" from the payment list to specify this option.

Please make payment within approximately 3 days from the time of ordering.
If the payment deadline passes, your order will be automatically cancelled.
Please also note that a payment fee of 190 yen will be charged.

Please pay your monthly usage amount through Paidy by the 10th of the following month at a convenience store or by bank transfer.

Receipts can be issued from both payment management screens.
If you are a registered member, you can issue a ticket at any time from the order history on your My Page.
*You can also specify the recipient's name.

3. About delivery

Nationwide flat rate of 700 yen (tax included)
Free shipping for purchases of 15,000 yen or more (tax included) *Orders that include mats are not eligible.

*If gift wrapping is included, or if multiple items are purchased, or if the item is purchased together with other items, the standard shipping fee of 700 yen will apply. Conditions vary depending on the product, so please check the cart screen for the actual shipping fee.

*International shipping is not eligible and will cost a flat rate of 3,000 yen (tax included).
*Mat items will have different shipping fees and contents than those listed here.

Without gift wrapping:
Normally, we will arrange for your order to be shipped within 3 business days after the order is placed.

If gift wrapping is available:
Normally, your order will be shipped within 5 business days after the order is placed.
When placing an order, you can specify the delivery date and time (you can specify the date and time from 5 business days after placing the order. Please note that delivery may be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather.)

*If you order via e-Gift, the item will be delivered within the number of days listed above, starting from the date the recipient registers their address.
*Shipping operations are closed on weekends, holidays, and during the New Year holidays.
*There may be some exceptions, such as during the New Year holiday period. Please order well in advance before the New Year holiday period or Golden Week.
*The shipping fee and delivery details for mats are different from those listed here. Please check each product page for details.

For gift-wrapped products only, you can specify a delivery date (any date 5 business days or later from the order date).
If you wish, please select a date and time in the delivery date field in your cart.

*Please note that we may not be able to deliver your order as requested due to weather, traffic conditions, or other circumstances.

*Please note that it is not possible to specify a delivery date and time for regular delivery items.

To check the delivery status, please use the tracking number provided to you via email upon delivery completion.
*Please note that preparation and shipping may take some time depending on the type of product and weather conditions. Please be sure to check the shipping schedule for each product, especially when ordering pre-order items.

Regular products will be shipped first. Please refer to the details page of each product for the expected delivery time of pre-order items.

① When ordering from within Japan and shipping to an overseas address

-Shipping costs are a flat rate of 3,000 yen regardless of purchase amount.
・Please note that it may take 1-2 weeks from the time of order until delivery due to overseas shipping.
・Customs duties may be incurred in the destination country. In that case, please note that the recipient will be responsible for paying the customs duties.


② If you access the site from overseas and place an order, and the order is delivered to an overseas address

If you access the site from overseas, the "World Shopping Cart" will automatically be displayed.
After adding the product to your cart, all purchasing processes will be carried out within "World Shopping Cart".

4. About membership registration

If you register as a member on our online store, we will give you a coupon that can be used on our online store.
By registering as a member, you can enjoy shopping more conveniently, such as being able to check your past order history and saving you the trouble of having to enter your information the next time you make a purchase. There are no registration or annual fees.

You can use the online store even if you make a guest purchase without registering as a member, but please note that you will not be able to check your past order history.

[How to register/update member information]

■ For those registering for the first time

On the login screen , click the "Register as a new member" button and proceed to register your information.

■ For those who are already registered members

After logging in from the login screen , click the "Update member information" button on your My Page and proceed to register your information.

*You can also make purchases at the online store as a guest (purchases without registering as a member). Even if you have shopped at the online store before, you may not be registered as a member. If you cannot log in, please try registering as a new member.

When you register as a member (if you registered before July 22, 2023, please update your membership information), we will give you a coupon that can be used at the online store.

*Coupons cannot be used in combination.
*Note about the 10% OFF coupon (available until 11/30, currently closed) The discount does not apply to "original artworks," "furniture (sofas, stools)," or "outerwear (coats, down jackets)." Thank you for your understanding.

5. About gift orders

The item will be wrapped in a gift bag with an original HERALBONY ribbon. Please use it as a gift for someone special.

If you wish,
① On the cart screen, click "If purchasing as a gift."

② Select the product you would like to have gift wrapped, and if you have a preferred delivery date and time, enter it and then press the "Gift wrapping" button.
It is also possible to specify wrapping for multiple items at once.

*The packaging may change depending on the size of the product.
* Depending on the size and quantity of your order, we may not be able to accommodate your request for gift wrapping. If gift wrapping is not possible, we will contact you.

③Please make sure that "Gift Wrapping" has been added to your cart.

④ If you would like to purchase multiple items as gift wrapping, you can specify them. Click "If purchasing as a gift" again to display the remaining items, select the item and click the "Gift wrapping" button.

⑤Please check in your cart that there are two items of "gift wrapping" listed.

The product will be delivered in a gift box.
If you would like additional wrapping on top of the gift box, please place an order for wrapping.

6. About e-gifts

This is a service that allows you to easily send gifts to people whose addresses you don't know via LINE or email.
The recipient will then enter their address using the link provided, and the gift will be shipped to that address.

Useful in these situations!

I don’t know the other person’s address
If you want to send a gift but don't know the recipient's address, that's no problem. Just send the URL issued after purchase to the person you want to send the gift to via LINE, SNS, email, etc.
You can send gifts without needing to know the recipient's address.

・I want to send a gift now!
"I just realized that my friend's birthday is today," or "I want to give a gift for tomorrow's anniversary, but shipping won't arrive in time..." But don't worry if that happens.
All you have to do is send a URL along with your message, and you can send a gift with a message card right away.

1. Select a product and select "Send as e-gift"

2. Write your message
Select the message card you like and enter the message and the sender's name. The sender's name can be a nickname.

3. Add to cart and check out as you normally would
Once your purchase is complete, an e-gift URL will be issued.
*You will also receive a special URL via email. Please set up your email settings to receive emails from the "@anygift.jp" domain.

4. Once you send the URL, the gift is complete!
Simply share the gift URL via LINE or other social media sites or email, and once the recipient registers their delivery address, the gift will be delivered to them.
*The e-gift will expire at 23:59, 5 days after the purchase date. If the expiration date has passed, the product will be shipped to the address of the purchaser.

2. A message card will be displayed, so click "Check e-gift"

3. Product information will be displayed, so click "Receive e-Gift"

4. Enter your delivery information and your gift will arrive!

・Is there an expiration date?
The expiration date is 23:59, 5 days after the purchase date. Please make sure to not only send the URL to the recipient, but also have them enter the shipping information from the URL by that date.
If the expiration date has passed, the item will not be canceled and will be delivered to the "sender's" address. Please note that you cannot specify the desired delivery date and time.

What happens if the recipient doesn't enter their address?
Your purchased item will not be canceled and will be delivered to the "gift sender" address.
Please note that you cannot specify a desired delivery date and time.

When will it be shipped?
The item will be shipped within three business days (within five business days if gift wrapping is required) from the business day following the day the recipient of the URL enters the shipping address.

・Can I check whether the recipient has entered their address?
Once the recipient has completed entering their address, an email will be sent to the sender.

- If I make a mistake when entering my message or name, can I change it?
Please note that this cannot be changed.

Can I send multiple products as e-gifts?
If the "Purchase e-gift" button is displayed on the product page, you can purchase the same item. The items will be delivered together (gifts can only be sent to one address).
You cannot purchase a "regular purchase item" and an "e-gift purchase item" at the same time.

Can I send e-gifts to multiple delivery addresses?
Only one delivery address can be specified. Multiple delivery addresses cannot be specified.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you place an order for each delivery address.

What should I do if I have deleted the e-gift URL email?
Please note that resends are not possible.

7. About the email newsletter

We will deliver information about new products and events as soon as possible.
If you would like to receive the newsletter, please register by clicking on "Newsletter" at the bottom right of each page.

If you sign up for our email newsletter, you will receive a 500 yen coupon that can be used at our online store.

If you would like to change or unsubscribe from our email newsletter, please contact us via this inquiry chat .

8. Returns, exchanges and cancellations

◆Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or the wrong product was delivered.

If the item is defective, we will cover the cost of return or exchange. Please contact us via the chat at the bottom of the screen within 7 days of receiving the item.

◆Returns are accepted only for apparel products (※).
If you wish to return the product for your own reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. If you wish to return the product, please contact us via the chat at the bottom of the screen within 7 days of receiving the product.

◆Please note that we cannot accept returns in the following cases.

・If the item has been used or there are signs of it being used ・If the item has been soiled or damaged by the customer ・If the product tag, product box, instruction manual or other accessories have been soiled, damaged, lost or discarded ・If the item has been repaired, cleaned, washed, etc. after delivery ・Sale items, outlet items ・Other items | Items for which it is stated on the product page that returns are not accepted

If it is within 10 minutes of placing your order, you can cancel it yourself from your My Page or the screen after the order is completed.

If you change your address or forget to include wrapping, we ask that you cancel your order.

Please note that we do not accept cancellations of orders for customer reasons after 10 minutes.

*If you paid by credit card, the card company will review your payment after our procedure, and it may take 1-2 days. We will send you an email once the refund is complete.

*If you use convenience store payment, the payment deadline will expire 72 hours after the order and the order will be automatically canceled. Therefore, there is no need to cancel the order.

9. Regarding large orders

We also accept large orders for wedding favors, school souvenirs, and gifts for company events.
We can also create original goods for corporations.
