[QUON×HERALBONY] Chocolate that tastes like a crayon | Baton Chocolat BOX

Starting December 8th, the "QUON x HERALBONY Baton Chocolat Box - Chocolate that looks like a crayon" will be on sale on the EC site and at the Roppongi POP UP. This is a collaboration product with QUON Chocolate, a chocolate brand with over 50 locations nationwide, where people with disabilities and other diverse people work as chocolatiers. The unique art box, decorated with the work of Yukihito Okabe, a popular HERALBONY contracted artist, can be used as a small storage box after you've finished eating the chocolate.

The seven-colored Baton Chocolat are inspired by the crayons used in the artwork featured on the box, and also represent the "baton" of a relay that connects people to people. By adding Yaki Domyoji, which is made by steaming and drying domestic glutinous rice, we have created a chocolate box that allows you to enjoy a variety of flavors in one box.

Featured Artists and Works

Title: Hoo!Hey!
Artist: Yukihito Okabe / Mr. Shishi Okabe Residence: Kibo no Sono (Mie Prefecture)

Born in 1994. Autistic. He creates artworks by painting surfaces with crayon, scraping them off with a needle to erase the color, and playing with the resulting crayon shavings like clay. Recently, he has expanded his production methods, adding poster colors to crayons on boards or canvases, and then scraping the colored surfaces with a needle. In fact, the lumps made from the scraps (which he calls "koroichi") are the real works for him, and the resulting paintings are just scraps left over from scrapings and he has no interest in them.

[Limited to one piece] New original artwork by artist Shishi Okabe will be on sale!

Starting on December 8th, the opening day of Roppongi Hills POPUP, a limited number of new original artworks by Yukihito Okabe will be available for sale at the venue and online store. The original artwork is a one-of-a-kind item, so don't miss out.

*The original artwork will be exhibited at the venue during the Roppongi Hills POPUP. Please note that if you purchase this artwork, it will be delivered after the POPUP ends.
