1. When will I receive the artwork if I purchase it?
Normally, we ship within one month of purchase, but delivery schedules vary depending on the work, so please check the details page of each work. If you order this product together with other products, the regular product will be delivered first.
2. Please tell me the process from purchase to arrival.
①When you add a product to your cart, the following screen will be displayed.
Please tap the screen and check the contract text.
Please check "I agree to the terms of the Work Purchase and Sale Agreement and Work Terms and Conditions" before proceeding with the purchase.
*If you have any questions about the contract contents, please contact us via chat.
②If you have a preferred delivery date, please state this in the comments section when purchasing.
③As soon as the product has been shipped, we will send you a shipping notification by email.
3. How will the artwork be delivered?
The main delivery company will be Sagawa (or Yamato Transport or Seino Transportation).
4.Can you provide a tracking number?
It will be stated in the shipping completion email.
5.Do you offer gift wrapping for your artwork?
At this time, we do not provide gift shipping services (wrapping, etc.) for our artworks.
6.How much is the shipping charge?
Original artwork will be delivered free of charge.
*There are some exceptions, such as for art works and overseas deliveries. If you would like to confirm the shipping cost in advance, please contact us.
7.Are all the artworks pre-framed?
We offer both framed and unframed canvas works. For works that come with a frame, we generally sell them in a framed state (whether or not they come with a frame is stated on the product page).
If you would like a different frame, we can also introduce you to products from manufacturers with whom we work.
If you would like to do so, please contact us via chat or the email that our staff will send you after your purchase.
In this case, please note that you will be charged separately for the new frame.
8.Are fasteners etc. included when purchasing?
Fasteners and other installation tools are not included.
9.Can I ship overseas?
Customs duties may be incurred in the destination country.
In this case, please note that any customs duties etc. incurred will be borne by the recipient.
10.How do you determine the selling price?
This is decided in consultation with the artists, their families, and welfare facilities.
11.Do you provide maintenance for the artworks?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer maintenance services after purchase. If you have any concerns after receiving the item, please feel free to contact us.
