This is a limited edition Junmai Ginjo sake made in collaboration with Fukumitsuya, the sake brewery with the longest history in Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture.
The label features a work by Kaede Wajima, an artist also from Kanazawa City. The colorful art by this teenage artist and the fresh, light taste of the sake made by the long-established brewery complement each other perfectly.

■ Delivery time
This product is sold by Heralbony Co., Ltd. and shipped by Fukumitsuya Co., Ltd. It will take about one week from purchase to shipping. Please note that we cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates and times.

■About shipping and delivery charges
This product will be delivered by refrigerated delivery, so even if you purchase it together with a regular product, a separate shipping fee will be charged ( not eligible for "Free shipping for purchases over 15,000 yen" ). The product will be delivered in a separate package. Shipping fee: 1,000 yen per package (up to 6 bottles).

■ Uses paper cutting art by a unique artist from Ishikawa Prefecture

The label features a paper cutout piece called "Drops" by Kaede Wajima, an unconventional artist from Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture. The teenage artist, who is gaining attention as an unconventional artist, named the piece herself after an image of a fun party overseas. Inspired by the tea party scene in "Alice in Wonderland," colorful motifs such as bottles, dresses, heart crowns, shoes, water, beards, and pants will brighten up your dining table.

■For everyone from sake connoisseurs to sake beginners

To match the pop label, we have bottled a fresh and light-tasting Junmai Ginjo sake. The natural water used is "Hyakunen-sui," which is made from rain and snow that has accumulated at the foot of Mt. Hakusan, one of the three sacred mountains of Japan, and which takes 100 years to reach 150 meters underground in the sake brewery. It also uses 100% "Yamada Nishiki," a rice variety suitable for sake brewing, and has a rich, fragrant flavor. With a gentle sweetness at first sip, an easy-to-drink smooth mouthfeel, and a sweet aroma reminiscent of white fruit, it is recommended not only for sake connoisseurs but also for sake beginners. It goes well with Japanese food, as well as casual Western food such as marinades, carpaccio, and grilled summer vegetables. Please enjoy it well chilled.
