Regarding inquiries and delivery schedules during the New Year holidays

We would like to inform you about our operations during the New Year holidays as follows.

Regarding the closure of our inquiry desk

Closure period: Saturday, December 28, 2024 - Sunday, January 5, 2025
We will continue to accept inquiries during the closure period, but we will respond to inquiries in the order they are received from Monday, January 6, 2024 onwards.

Regarding delivery schedule for the New Year holiday period

Standard product shipments (excluding the following two products)

• Standard shipping will be available for orders placed by the morning of the 26th (Thursday) .

For orders placed after this date, shipping may take place after January 6th depending on the contents of the order.
Depending on the contents of your order, we will be accepting shipments from December 27th to January 5th, but delivery may take longer than usual. Thank you for your understanding.

Interior art

• Final shipping date of the year: Thursday, December 26th ( for orders placed by 11:00am on Tuesday, December 24th)

• First shipment of the year: Wednesday, January 8th ( Orders placed after 11:00am on Tuesday, December 24th will be shipped on this day)

Fukumitsuya Sake

• Final shipping date of the year: December 27th (Friday) (Orders placed by 11:00 on December 26th (Tuesday) are eligible)

• First shipment of the year: Wednesday, January 8th ( Orders placed after 11:00am on Tuesday, December 26th will be shipped on this day)
