Towel Blanket [MONOCHRO ART Series] "Tokyo"

A towel blanket that expresses unique art on a canvas of 100 % organic cotton towels. In collaboration with " IKEUCHI ORGANIC ", we attempted a three-dimensional expression by weaving rather than printing. While maintaining the soft texture of a towel, it expresses the delicate shading and brushwork unique to monochrome works. It is an art item that blends into everyday life, decorating your room as an interior decoration or wrapping you gently as a blanket.

 The charm of art expressed only in black and white, in your everyday life. We have selected three pieces of art that, while all in monochrome, each stand out in their own unique way. We have carefully recreated the intricate details that extend to the edge of the towel, and the bouncy movement of the brush strokes.

■ We focused on recreating the design through weaving.


The ability to reproduce art and the soft texture of a towel. In order to achieve both, we tried to create a three-dimensional expression by weaving rather than printing. This piece was the result of many prototypes made in collaboration with IKEUCHI ORGANIC , a highly skilled craftsman.

The fabric is densely woven to ensure the pattern is clearly visible, giving it a firm texture. It is a fabric that can be used for a long time.

Its large size ( 90cm x 130cm ) will add a splash of color to your room if you place it over a bed or sofa. Of course, you can also use it as a towel blanket to wrap yourself in art while enjoying a comfortable nap.
