[Extra Edition] Japan's first HERALBONY wins category award at global awards

HERALBONY has won the "Employee Experience, Diversity & Inclusion" category at the LVMH Innovation Award 2024, which recognizes innovative startups from around the world.

The LVMH Innovation Award is a program established in 2017 by LVMH, the world's largest conglomerate that owns Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, and other brands, to identify promising startups around the world and support their growth. This year, the eighth time the award has been held, it attracted entries from 1,545 companies from 89 countries, the highest number ever.

We at HERALBONY won the category award in the "Employee Experience, Diversity & Inclusion" category out of six categories. The awards ceremony was held on May 23rd at "VIVA Technology" in Paris, France, and the trophy was presented to Megumi Kobayashi, Head of Overseas Business at HERALBONY, on the main stage.

Furthermore, it has been decided that HERALBONY will establish its first overseas base in Paris, France, in the summer of 2024. HERALBONY will participate in LVMH's business support program "La Maison des Startups LVMH" and will fully develop its overseas business with the aim of realizing a society in which the 8 billion unique people in the world can exist as they are.

On May 21st, Co-CEO Fumito Matsuda took the stage at the Japan qualifying round of the Startup World Cup 2024, one of the world's largest business pitch competitions. HERALBONY was crowned Japan champion. We were able to win first place by an overwhelming margin in both the evaluation of our presentation in Kyoto and the number of supportive posts on social media. Thank you very much to all the fans who posted so much support. In the next stage, the world finals in San Francisco, we will make a presentation representing Japan and aim to become world champions.
