"E-Gifts" are now available as a new service at the HERALBONY online store.

What is e-gift?

This is a service that allows you to send gifts to recipients by sending a URL via LINE or email, even if you don't know their address.

Useful in these situations

I don’t know the other person’s address

"I want to give a gift but I don't know the recipient's address." No need to worry.
Simply send the URL issued after purchase to the person you want to give the gift to via LINE, SNS, email, etc.
You can send gifts without needing to know the recipient's address.

- I want to send a gift now

"I just realized that my friend's birthday is today," or "I want to give a gift for tomorrow's anniversary, but shipping won't arrive in time..." But don't worry if that happens.
All you have to do is send a URL along with your message, and you can send a gift with a message card right away.

How to send an e-gift

1. After selecting a product and adding it to your cart, select "Send as e-gift" on the cart screen.

2. Write your message
Select your preferred message card and enter your message and the recipient's name.
The giver's name can be a nickname.

3. Add to cart and check out as you normally would

Once your purchase is complete, an e-gift URL will be issued.
*You will also receive a special URL via email. Please set up your email settings to receive emails from the "@anygift.jp" domain.

4. Once you send the URL, the gift is complete .<br>Share the gift URL via LINE or other SNS accounts or email, and once the recipient registers their delivery address, the gift item will be delivered to them.
*The e-gift will expire at 23:59, 5 days after the purchase date. If the expiration date has passed, the product will be shipped to the address of the purchaser.
