■ Printing technology created by Japanese craftsmen
The Goto Sock Factory in Koryo-cho, Nara Prefecture, a famous sock production area, has achieved the difficult task of printing an all-over pattern on cotton socks using their technology. By using a flat weaving method, they have devised a way to ensure that the print will be beautifully printed on the cotton.
It's cotton but it's stretchy
Generally, using only cotton threads does not provide elasticity, so we intertwine the cotton surface thread with nylon and polyester backing threads to provide elasticity and a comfortable fit.

The sock pattern is HERALBONY original, with thicker toes and heels for increased durability.
■ Finally, everything is done by hand by craftsmen
These socks are difficult to mass produce because they are carefully printed and sewn. Different knitting methods are used for different parts of the socks. All toe areas are sewn by hand by artisans.
