■ Printing technology created by Japanese craftsmen

The Goto Sock Factory in Koryo-cho, Nara Prefecture, a famous sock production area, has achieved the difficult task of printing an all-over pattern on cotton socks using their technology. By using a flat weaving method, they have devised a way to ensure that the print will be beautifully printed on the cotton.

It's cotton but it's stretchy

Generally, it is not possible to achieve elasticity using only cotton threads. Therefore, we have achieved elasticity and a comfortable fit by intertwining nylon and polyester backing threads with the cotton front threads.

■ Original mold adopted

The sock pattern is HERALBONY original, with thicker toes and heels for increased durability.

■ Finally, everything is done by hand by craftsmen

These socks are difficult to mass produce because they are carefully printed and sewn. Different knitting methods are used for different parts of the socks. All toe areas are sewn by hand by artisans.
